    Professor Adrianna Jones is an adjunct assistant professor of theatre at Carthage and teaches acting for both non-majors and theatre majors/minors.

    A recent graduate of Carthage’s M.M. in Music Theatre Vocal Pedagogy program, Prof. Jones received her B.F.A. in musical theatre from Webster University in 2014.

    Prof. Jones’s performance career spans many genres, including theatre, film, and commercial work. She has performed regionally at various theaters across the country, including Hope Summer Repertory Theatre, Grandstreet Theatre, and McLeod Summer Playhouse.

    After moving to Los Angeles, she soon took to the high seas in the Norwegian Cruise Lines production of Footloose. She also has toured with the St. Louis Shakespeare Festival as their artistic resident, performing in shows and assistant directing several of their youth productions.

    As a director, Prof. Jones has worked on various shows focusing her efforts on serving underserved youth. Her recent endeavors include volunteer work for the Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha, providing music lessons to students. She also has worked as director and assistant director for various shows by 3 Purple Coats Productions, featuring youth from underserved communities.
